Spa Reservations
In order to accommodate all your service selections. We recommend that you book your treatments 2 - 3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. A 50% deposit by credit card is required for Group Bookings of 4 or more.

Our Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for Spa services. Multiple services and Spa Packages require 48 hours notice for cancellation.

Insurance Coverage for Massage
Harmony Day Spa has both Registered Massage Therapists and Beauty Therapists. If your insurance policy covers massage treatments it applies only if booked with an RMT. Please specify at the time of booking.

Massage Therapy & Insurance Receipts
Harmony Day Spa is not able to issue Insurance Receipts when redeeming a gift card for massage therapy treatments.  It is against policy to issue a false receipt or change documentation or name on the receipt.  Harmony Day Spa does not control the policies made by the college or insurance companies.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are complying with the regulations as they have been stated to us. 

Your Spa Experience
Communicate with your therapist your needs and concerns.Therapists drape sheets or towels to ensure your privacy at all times during your treatment. Gentlemen will be required to wear their boxing shorts or swimsuit.

Gratuities
In appreciation to the staff for an outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion, as they are not included in any service. Gift Cards do not include gratuities. Gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk.

Spa Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. If booked for a Massage, Facial or Body Treatment, you will be required to fill out a Health History Form.Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. Full charge will still apply.
